Tyler Hynes is getting us into the Christmas spirit a few months early!
Hallmark Channel has debuted the first trailer for the upcoming movie The Nights Before Christmas starring the 40-year-old actor.
The movie follows a time-loop storyline where Tyler‘s character repeatedly relives Christmas Eve while trying to win over Chloe, who is played by Laci J Mailey.
Here’s the official synopsis:
“One Christmas Eve, Marty (Hynes), whose life is in a bit of a rut, finds himself wishing he had more time. Thanks to some holiday magic, he awakes the next morning to discover it’s Christmas Eve — again. Confused at first, Marty learns to embrace his new normal. … But when Marty meets Chloe (Mailey), a newly out-of-work journalist having a bad day, he falls hard for her. The only problem is that when Christmas Eve morning comes once again, she doesn’t know who he is.
“As the Christmas Eves repeat themselves, Marty is on a mission to keep trying to win her over and, in the process, figure out what he needs to do to finally make his way to Christmas Day — hopefully, with Chloe by his side.”
The upcoming movie marks Tyler’s 28th Hallmark movie and 14th Christmas movie for the network.
A premiere date has not yet been announced, but The Nights Before Christmas will air during Countdown to Christmas 2026.
