The 2026 FIFA World Cup Final is happening today (July 19) between Spain and Argentina, and for the first time ever, it will include a star-studded halftime show.

During the Sunday championship match, Madonna, Shakira, BTS, Justin Bieber and more stars are set to take the stage at around 3:45 p.m. ET for an approximately 11-minute performance at MetLife Stadium (temporarily known as New York New Jersey Stadium during the World Cup) in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

With so many massive music acts involved, many fans are wondering: how much are they getting paid?

Instead, the arrangement will reportedly work similar to the Super Bowl halftime show, with FIFA covering production and logistical costs. The artists benefit from massive global exposure. (An estimated 1.5 billion people watched 2022’s World Cup final.)

The exposure usually means a music streaming boost, ticket sales, and other major opportunities, making it a valuable gig for a performer even without a paycheck.

The outlet does note that performers receive a small stipend during rehearsals, but not an appearance fee.

Find out who is performing at the halftime show, and who is currently predicted to win the Final.
