Dayna Kathan is celebrating Pride Month by coming out.
After attending West Hollywood Pride over the weekend, the 35-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum took to Instagram to publicly announce that she is a lesbian.
“Shout out to my fellow late in life lesbians!! HAPPY PRIDE!!!” Dayna wrote while sharing photos from the Pride festivities with friends as she wore a black cami emblazoned with “gay” in white lettering.
After sharing the post, Dayna‘s Disrespectfully podcast co-host, and OG Vanderpump Rules star Katie Maloney wrote in the comment section, “My favorite lesbian! I love you so much!!!!!”
If you forgot, Dayna only appeared as a cast member of Vanderpump Rules for season eight back in 2020.
During her short time on the show, she came out as bisexual and spoke about her sexuality with Ariana Madix, who also identifies as bisexual.
“That was my first L.A. Pride ever though… but then I also came out as bi,” Dayna said in the February 2020 episode. “I just feel so much lighter now that that’s out there.”
“This Pride is my first Pride publicly out as a bisexual queen,” Ariana, 40, said in the episode. “Before I would be at Pride with my friends and I’d be like ‘This feels weird. Why am I like in the closet at Pride every year?’”
