Nobody Wants This producer Sara Foster is opening up about her where she currently stands with ex Tommy Haas, nearly two years after they announced their plans to divorce.
Sara and Tommy married in 2010 and share two daughters – 15-year-old Valentina and 10-year-old Josephine. Their breakup was revealed in August 2024. A few months later, she revealed that they were still living together, though in separate bedrooms.
Nearly two years after the breakup, Sara says they’re still living in the same house.
While appearing on the latest episode of Kristin Cavallari‘s Let’s Be Honest podcast, Sara said, “I mean, he’s a Florida resident, he’s German, he is always on the road, he’s in the tennis world. He was a professional tennis player for 25 years… and that is, I think, that is his comfort level, is being on the road.”
Sara, Tommy, and their daughters still enjoy family meals.
“We have breakfast when he’s in town, we have breakfast and dinner with our kids every day,” she said. “And there’s something to be said — it’s not for everybody — but there’s something to be said about slowly transitioning.”
Sara said on the podcast that she and Tommy grew apart after 20 years together.
“I think I remember, he looked at me once and I was like, ‘Oh, he does not respect me anymore.’ You know what I mean? And it’s sort of like, once you can see someone looking at you with a certain eye, you’re kind of like, ‘Oh God,’” she said.
Sara has nothing but praise for ex though, saying, “This guy has got so much integrity, you will never meet anyone that has a bad thing to say about him. He has real integrity. He’s not a social climber. He’s not a user. He likes who he likes, doesn’t care who you are. He’s a great guy.”
Sara is also defending her famous father’s relationship.
