Annemarie Wiley is filing for divorce and alleging physical and sexual abuse.
The 42-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star made the filing Monday (July 6), citing irreconcilable differences with her husband of 12 years, Marcellus Wiley.
A separation date was not listed in the documents, per People, but she also requested a domestic violence restraining order against him, citing alleged abuse since 2012.
In the paperwork, Annemarie claims that Marcellus “has subjected me to a continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control, and intimidation.”
She alleges that, most recently, on July 3 and 4 during a family trip to Orlando for their son’s basketball tournament, he “yelled at me and forcefully jammed his finger into my face while I was lying in bed with our 7-year-old daughter. He told me that I cause him to treat me badly and that I bring it on myself.”
“Marcellus told me that he was going to start, in his words, ‘playing football, not basketball’ with me, and warned me to watch how bad he was going to make things for me, which I understood to be a threat that his abuse would become more severe. During this same incident, Marcellus pushed our 10-year-old son, Marcellus Jr.”
She also alleges in the filing: “Marcellus subjects me to constant criticism, cruel and sarcastic remarks, and intimidation. His verbal and emotional abuse is constant, and his physical abuse occurs approximately once a month, and at times more frequently. I am afraid of Marcellus, and I fear for my own safety and for the safety of our children.”
Marcellus was arrested on a domestic battery charge following the alleged incident and was released on July 5 on bond.
The filing also alleges that Marcellus raped Annemarie four times: once in 2012, when she says she was “intoxicated,” and three times in January 2026, according to People.
She has requested sole legal and physical custody of their kids with no visitation rights or access to their records for Marcellus, and said she is “very much afraid of him” and wants him “to stay away from me and our children and that he be ordered to move out of our home.”
The couple share son Marcellus Jr., 10, and daughters Ariya, 7, and Alivia, 6. They got married on June 18, 2014.
The filing comes after multiple women previously accused Marcellus of rape and sexual assault in lawsuits and interviews reported by Rolling Stone. He has denied those allegations.
Annemarie Wiley appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for only one season. She joined the cast in a full-time role during Season 13 and was not asked to return for the following season
