Nick Reiner was disciplined after an incident in prison after he had finished showering.
The 32-year-old, who is accused of killing his beloved parents, Rob and Michele Reiner, is currently in Los Angeles County Twin Towers Correctional Facility.
The event happened in April when Reiner had showered and changed and was waiting to be escorted back to his cell.
A source told People, “He was recalcitrant, extremely hostile, creating a verbal disturbance, refusing to follow rules and not listening to any commands. He was yelling, screaming, being disrespectful and shouting many profanities.”
Apparently, guards were busy dealing with an overdose that had happened.
“[He] became very impatient. He was upset and hostile because no one was coming back right away and he wasn’t attended to. He had finished showering and changed and wanted to return to his cell. When it took too long, he became frustrated and angry,” the insider continued.
Backup was called in, and Reiner allegedly did not become physical with any of them. He was written up for this and lost some privileges including phone calls and access to the commissary.
He has not had personal visitors and spends most of his time alone, reports say. He has had meetings with his lawyers. However, apparently, this week he was allowed a visit with “a relative,” but no one has identified who that was just yet.
