Megan Moroney is opening up about her love life.
The 28-year-old Cloud 9 singer-songwriter appeared on Cosmo Goes Deep.
During the video, Megan spoke about the zodiac sign she’d never date, her dating life (and a rule she’s changed her mind about), the most famous person she’s texted, reality TV, her dream country debut, and the most country thing about her.
The interview comes at the same time as she’s been spotted with American soccer player Christian Pulisic on two occasions in the past week.

On a zodiac sign she would never date:
“I don’t know much about that. I do know I’m a Libra, so, the whole balance thing, and I do understand that. But I heard Geminis are bad. Honestly, if I had my phone I could like, look up some of my ex’s birthdays and, like, let you know that way. If there’s a bad one, I probably have dated them.”
On the most country thing about her:
“When I start drinking my accent turns up. Like, I feel like I have a pretty neutral speaking accent, and then the second I get a little tipsy it’s just, like, you can’t understand what I’m saying…It gets crazy and loud.”
On a reality TV show she would go on:
“It wouldn’t be Love Island, because I’ve talked about how I would never survive on that show. I would love to be on Below Deck, work on a yacht all summer and have drama with my bunkmates.”
On a dating rule she has completely changed her mind about:
“In the past, I used to really give people the benefit of the doubt. If I heard, you know, horror stories from girls about a guy, I’m like, ‘Oh, he’s been nice to me so, I’ll just feel it out and see how it goes.’ Now, my rule is, if three or more people have horrible reviews, I’mma just trust that. Because I’ve realized that, three or more and they’ve got real similar stories, where there’s smoke, there’s fire. Two is sketchy, but I’m still a little bit stupid, so I would probably give you a chance. But three is where I draw the line.”
On her secret to perfect skin:
“I do think that getting loser men out of your life will clear up your skin. Because about a year ago, my skin was like, all broken out, and then I got rid of him, and like, boom, clear skin, beautiful, glowing, shining.”
On whom she thinks the is the OG emo cowgirl:
“You know, I kind of like to think that it’s Miranda Lambert. Growing up, I would always have ‘More Like Her’ on repeat. I was too young to even relate to that song.”
On the most famous person she’s on a texting basis with:
“I’d have to say Kenny Chesney, he’s pretty famous….He’s been like a mentor to me so, he very much checks in. The other day I sent a mariachi band to his hotel room because he was having to sign a bunch of vinyl, and I know that your hand literally feels like its gonna fall off when you’re doing that, so I wanted to lift his spirits a little bit. He sends me TikToks. We’re just besties.”
On her dream country duet:
“I would love to do a song with Chris Stapleton. If Taylor [Swift] is ever gonna mosey on back to country music, of course it would be queen Taylor….I think if her and I got some drinks, we’d probably have some parallels in our lives, and we’d come up with something juicy. Or maybe it would be fun! Who knows?”
