Maura Higgins already knows one Dancing with the Stars pro she hopes she won’t be paired with.
The Traitors alum, who was recently announced as a contestant for Season 35 of the hit competition series, revealed in a new interview with E! News that she’d prefer not to be partnered with professional dancer Gleb Savchenko.
According to Maura, her stance comes down to loyalty to Gleb‘s ex, model Brooks Nader, whom she considers a friend.
“I’d be happy with anyone except Gleb. That’s only because I’m loyal and I’m friends with Brooks Nader,” she said.
Maura didn’t stop there, adding that she also takes issue with some of Gleb‘s public comments.
“I don’t really like the way he speaks about women,” Maura said, explaining that she doesn’t want to spend her time “with someone like that.”
The reality star also made it clear that fans shouldn’t expect any romance rumors if she joins the ballroom this season.
Referencing the former showmance between Brooks and Gleb, Maura said, “You’re not getting a showmance from me at all. It’s not happening. I’m single, I’m celibate and I’m bloody happy.”
“I’m so happy. I just don’t want it,” she added.
As for her dream Dancing with the Stars partner? Maura has someone specific in mind.
The reality star said she’d love to be paired with fellow Traitors Season 4 cast member Mark Ballas.
“I even get nervous of saying it because I see all these videos and they’re like, ‘Mark! Mark!’” Maura joked. “My accent is crazy but I do want Mark.”
Maura also recently shared what cosmetic work she’d had.
