Madonna is keeping fans guessing about one major Confessions II rumor.
During her appearance on BBC’s The Graham Norton Show, which aired Friday (June 26) on BBC One, the 67-year-old pop icon was asked directly about speculation that Kylie Minogue may be featured on her upcoming album.

Madonna plays coy about possible Kylie Minogue feature
“There are rumors that Kylie is on Confession II. Is this you confirming that rumor?” Graham Norton asked (via People).
Madonna didn’t give him a straight answer, instead smirking as she said it’s her “job to be mysterious.” Kylie, 58, laughed off the moment and added that Madonna is “good at deflecting.”
They also reflected on Kylie‘s surprise appearance at Madonna‘s Celebration Tour show in Los Angeles in May 2024, where they performed “Can’t Get You Out of My Head.”
“What a moment. I absolutely loved that,” Kylie said.

Madonna and Kylie film a secret comedy sketch
In addition to the interview, the two pop icons secretly filmed a light-hearted bar sketch for Madonna’s BBC special, according to a new report from The Sun.
Kylie was invited by Madonna to take part in the special, which was filmed last month at Koko in Camden. The venue has major history for Madonna, as she first performed in the U.K. there in 1983, back when it was known as Camden Palace.
A source said: “Madonna and Kylie have long been fans of each other, so when Kylie got the call to make a cameo in the BBC special, it was a no-brainer. Rather than a performance, Kylie actually appears in the show in a light-hearted skit. She plays a barmaid, though, awkwardly, Madonna doesn’t like the drink Kylie gives her. It’s all very light-hearted.”
The report also claims that Madonna and Kylie have discussed possibly getting into the studio together in the future.
Graham said of the special, “As a lifelong fan it is always a thrill to interview Madonna. But to meet her on the dance floor where she first performed in London over 40 years ago felt incredibly special.”

Inside Madonna’s next era
Elsewhere in the Graham Norton interview, Madonna was shown working on Confessions II in the studio.
“It’s kind of like I get possessed. The ideas come when I don’t try too hard,” she said.
When asked about “One Step Away,” Madonna said the song “came from the soul.”
Confessions II, which also includes “Bring Your Love” with Sabrina Carpenter, is out July 3.
The “Like A Virgin” singer has been doing tons of promo for her upcoming album, including partying with Charli XCX and teasing her song “Hot Sauce,” which is part of a collab with ABSOLUT vodka.
