Kelly Dodd is speaking out after details related to a revenge porn case connected to her became public.
The 50-year-old former Real Housewives of Orange County star is currently facing two misdemeanor charges and facing possible jail time over an alleged revenge porn case, according to a filing in the Superior Court of California in Orange County on Wednesday (May 27).

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kelly is accused of “unlawfully and intentionally” distributing sexually explicit footage of a Jane Doe without her consent around August 29, 2025, and causing “severe emotional distress.”
“Kelly allegedly recorded the footage without the person’s consent under circumstances where the person had a reasonable expectation of privacy,” the outlet reported.
The reality star and the Jane Doe had allegedly agreed to keep the images private. Additional allegations claim Kelly threatened to harm the woman, as well as her property and family.
Kelly is also facing a separate misdemeanor battery charge involving a different Jane Doe over an alleged incident that reportedly occurred in June 2025.
Kelly denied key details of the reporting and said she plans to address the allegations
During Thursday’s (May 28) episode of her YouTube series The Rick and Kelly Show, which she hosts with husband Rick Leventhal, Kelly addressed the allegations for the first time.
Kelly said she first learned about the story after being contacted by reporters.
“I was like, ‘What the actual f— is going on here?’” she said.
Rick then weighed in, saying, “We can’t tell you much right now because Kelly hasn’t gone to court yet. We can confirm that Kelly is going to court. We can also confirm that TMZ got most of the facts wrong, like, completely wrong.”
“Well, I can’t talk about it right now because I have court tomorrow at 2:30 at Harbor,” Kelly added. “But on this week’s Rick and Kelly Show on Patreon, we are going to tell the whole story. And I know it’s somebody in my family that is putting this stuff out there. Driving this. And you know who it is.”
