Jayden James Federline is sticking up for him mom Britney Spears.
While recently going live on social media, the 19-year-old addressed rumors that the 44-year-old “Baby One More Time” singer is a clone, calling the speculation “ridiculous.”
“I hop on TikTok and everyone on TikTok—I see this one video that has 1.2 million likes, and the caption is like, ‘The biggest theory ever: Is Britney Spears still alive?’” Jayden said during the livestream reposted on social media. “Like, bro, you can go to her page and see her right now.”
Jayden went on to say that the experience made him realize how easily rumors can be “exaggerated and fake.”
“People know how gullible people are and they use that to their advantage,” he continued. “Anyone that sees it, they just see it and if it has a lot of likes, they [believe] it. They don’t even research it, they’re just, ‘Wow, yeah, it’s crazy. I believe it though.’”
Along with Jayden, Britney also shares son Sean Preston, 20, with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Just last month, Jayden made his first red carpet appearance as an adult, attending the Dior fashion show in Los Angeles with his girlfriend of more than two years.
