KATSEYE, LE SSERAFIM and ILLIT are teaming up for a massive collaboration, “ICONIC BY MISTAKE.”
The three girl groups all promote under the same agency, HYBE.
The reference-filled music video, released on Wednesday (June 10), features nods to scenes from each of the groups, including LE SSERAFIM‘s “Easy,” ILLIT‘s “Cherish (My Love)” and KATSEYE‘s “Touch.”
KATSEYE member Manon and ILLIT member Moka are both not in the music video, as they are on hiatus from their respective groups.
The track is an ode to their respective haters, taunting the online commenters and thanking them for the hate, making the girl groups “iconic by mistake.”
