Einstein is on the way, and the cast is coming together.
The upcoming series, described by CBS as “a drama with comedic undertones,” follows “Lewis Einstein, the brilliant but directionless great grandson of Albert Einstein. Einstein spends his days as a comfortably tenured professor until his reckless antics land him in trouble with the law, and he is pressed into service helping a local police detective solve her most puzzling cases.”
The show began production earlier this year and will air as part of the CBS 2026-2027 broadcast season. It is currently being held for a midseason premiere, but an official premiere date has not been announced yet.
So far, we already know some of the stars who are set to appear in the cast.
