Bunnie Xo is explaining why she removed the viral Dumb Blonde podcast episode about her divorce from Jelly Roll, even though it reportedly earned her $100,000.
During the Friday (July 10) episode of her podcast, Bunnie said that sharing so much about the split ultimately “backfired” because she does not want the end of her marriage to follow her forever.
“I took it down because I realized I just don’t want one of the hardest moments of my life to become a permanent headline,” she explained. “I don’t want to live in that.”
The podcast host said the deleted episode “served a purpose” when she released it because “it was real, it was honest, and it came from exactly where I was emotionally in that moment.”
However, she is no longer in that same place and wants time to privately mourn her marriage. Bunnie also said that there are details she has intentionally kept to herself.
“I will only tell you guys my part in the demise of my marriage,” she said.
While the podcast host remains committed to being open with her audience, she does not want the divorce to become her “entire personality.”

Bunnie revealed the removed installment was one of her most-viewed episodes and generated around $100,000.
“But, I don’t care about the money,” she stressed. “If I cared about the money, I would have left it up and let it get another f–king 100 grand.”
