Big Brother contestant Rome Seymour, who was evicted from the house last week, is opening up about watching his girlfriend Lyric in the house while he’s at home.
Rome and Lyric started a relationship after just one day in the house together and their showmance was so strong that the houseguests decided to split them up in week two.
Lyric was among the houseguests to evict Rome and he’s reacting to her voting against him.
Rome reacts to Lyric voting against him
“I told Lyric beforehand, ‘Whatever you have to do to get in the good graces of that other half of the house and be present there, I want you to do [it], and if that means it’s going to be a landslide, and you know I’m going to lose, I not going to get upset if I’m voted out by you,’” Rome told Page Six.
Rome was surprised to get one vote and later learned it was Taylor who voted for him to stay.
He added, “When I heard 12-1, I was like, ‘OK, maybe she threw my advice out the window and voted for me anyway.’ Then I heard it was Taylor and I was like, you know what, Taylor’s always been 10 toes down, loyal to the cause. She was one of the first people that said, ‘Hey, I got your back.’ And I told her the same thing when she went on the block.”
Rome reacts to Lyric flirting with Kamu
MMA fighter Kamu Kirk is the new Head of Household and Lyric was seen flirting with him on the live feeds.
Rome doesn’t mind!
“I told her before I left, ‘You have to use your cute damsel in distress presence to really get in good graces with the other side of the house, because these guys will eat this ‘hero idea’ for lunch,’” he told Page Six. “She’s so smart, and she’s so good at being that cutesy, lovey-dovey self.”
Rome said he’s not bothered by flirting.
“She’s like, ‘I love Rome. But I have to play the heck out of this game,’” he told the outlet. “And I support that 100 percent.”
