Barry Keoghan is speaking out about rumors that he cheated, and he’s seemingly referring to his split from Sabrina Carpenter.
He spoke on taking a step back from the spotlight while on the latest episode of Benny Blanco‘s “Friends Keep Secrets” podcast with Lil Dicky and Kristin Batalucco.
If you didn’t know, it was revealed in December 2024 that Sabrina and the Oscar-nominated actor had broken up after a year of dating.

On the podcast, Barry said, “There was a narrative out there that was never really sort of even spoken on, a narrative that’s not true, and I never confirmed or said anything about it. And I just disappeared.”
Lil Dicky then asked for clarification on what he was referring to.
Barry then said, “Yeah, that I cheated.”
He continued, “I don’t want to ever bring anyone else into it. Unfortunately, having a relationship in the public eye…it gets put out there. [It gets] amplified.”
A content creator actually spoke to rumors that she had been involved with Barry around that same time.
