Kitchen Nightmares is back.
The two-hour season premiere of Season 3 of the Gordon Ramsay series airs tonight (Tuesday, July 21) on Fox at 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET/PT, with new episodes airing in its regular time period on Tuesdays (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET/PT) beginning July 28.
How to Watch Kitchen Nightmares for Free
Kitchen Nightmares airs on Fox, which is available for free with a digital over-the-air antenna in most markets. If you’ve cut the cord, you can also watch live with free trials from select live TV streaming services, including Fubo and DIRECTV.
Episodes will also be available to stream the next day on Hulu for subscribers.
What Happens in Kitchen Nightmares Season 3?
Here’s the synopsis:
This season, Ramsay revamps restaurants in the Midwest, where he’s expecting hospitality. However, as he enters these struggling businesses in crisis, he quickly understands that the owners are stubbornly set in their ways. He exposes the stressful realities of running a successful food business, many of them family-owned and operated. As the restaurant owners are faced with enormous challenges, from health code violations and staffing issues to menu errors and kitchen conditions found only in nightmares, Ramsay is their restaurant 9-1-1 call and the last chance for their businesses to survive.
