Joy Behar has been missing from The View this week and her absence has now been explained.
The 83-year-old comedian, who has been a co-host on the ABC daytime talk show for years, does not appear on Monday episodes anymore, so that was an unexpected absence this week.
Joy then missed the Tuesday (November 11) and Wednesday (November 12) shows, which led to co-host Whoopi Goldberg explaining why she was missing.

Whoopi said on Wednesday’s show, “Joy is out because she hurt her foot, and hopefully she’ll be back here tomorrow,” according to EW.
Whoopi joked that she was feeling cold at the table with Joy‘s absence.
“I’m sitting like this because I’m cold as hell. I don’t know why it’s so cold in this room, but every day we beg and plead, ‘Please, can we have a little heat?’ And they say, ‘No, make your own!’” she joked.
