It has been a nail-biter of a World Series, but the MLB championship has come to an end with the Los Angeles Dodgers taking the victory.
The L.A. baseball team won game seven of the series, taking home the overall World Series win, on Saturday night (November 1) on the away field in Toronto, Canada.
The Dodgers defeated the Toronto Blue Jays in a 5-4 game. The game went into extra innings after the Dodgers tied it up in the 8th inning.
This is the second win in a row for the Dodgers, who won the World Series last year as well.
It has been an exciting series, with game three making history to tie for the longest World Series game of all time, coming in at 18 innings.
