Mary Bonnet and Chelsea Lazkani‘s feud on Selling Sunset is one of the biggest storylines of season nine, but if you don’t remember last season’s details, you might be confused by the history between them.
The two reality stars and real estate agents are clearly not on friendly terms in the new season and things blow up between them mid-way through the season.

It all dates back to a moment in season eight that kicked off the feud.
Mary and Chelsea were working together on a co-listing in season eight and Chelsea showed up late for an open house event, which was attended by the whole office.
But, when Chelsea showed up, it was her outfit that caused all the drama.
Chelsea wore a blazer and a very short skirt that Mary didn’t deem appropriate for the workplace.
Mary told the Oppenheim twins, “I just wanted to bring something up. Chelsea was an hour late. But then I’ve had a couple people come up to me and be like ‘what is she wearing?’ You know, it’s not professional. Like her butt and her hoo-ha is out.”
Brett confronted Chelsea about the outfit, telling her, “I love you but what do you think about toning the dress down 10% when we’re at a broker’s opening?”
Chelsea blew up at Mary and this launched their feud.
In season nine, Mary and Chelsea didn’t interact much at all.
After Mary‘s house was robbed, Chelsea decided to send flowers to Mary along with a note including her condolences. The only issue… the delivery arrived while the Selling Sunset film crew was at Mary‘s house, so it was all caught on camera.
Mary was pissed and accused Chelsea of plotting with the producers to get extra screen time by having the flowers delivered with cameras rolling. She also said that all of the other women texted her to check on her, while Chelsea did not.
During a dinner party in episode eight, Chelsea denied that she sent the flowers to have it included in the show.
“You’re here saying that I did it for the cameras. What do you think I need camera time for? B–ch they’ll get my face regardless. I don’t need f–king camera time,” she told Mary.
Mary still questions what Chelsea‘s intentions were.
“I don’t really know exactly what happened on that one,” she told Us Weekly in a new interview. “I disagree with what was said based on facts but I think there was some working together on their side for that to happen. That wasn’t a normal way to go about things—and there’s no way she could have known [what happened]. So there was some work going on between the two of them.”
Mary and Chelsea still do not appear to be friends.
