Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Rui Kakioka identified as the bully who was bullying a junior student in the toilet at Mooka Kitaryo Noble high school, Tochigi Prefectural.
In the trending video, Rui Kakioka, was seen kicking the junior student in the head and body.
The Japan Student Baseball Association decided on penalties for 19 high school cases at its review committee meeting on the 5th. Komadai Tomakomai (Hokkaido) was banned from external games for one month starting January 31st because 11 third-year members were involved in theft. Hino (Tokyo) was banned from external games for three months starting January 20th due to bullying of first-year students by second-year students within the team.
The coach of Moka Hokuryo (Tochigi), who was arrested for hit-and-run driving, was suspended for two years starting March 3rd of last year. The advisor of Kokugakuin Kugayama (Tokyo) was suspended for four months starting November 9th of last year for physical punishment and abusive language.
