Taylor Frankie Paul is making headlines after a video from a 2023 incident has surfaced online.
The 31-year-old influencer and The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives reality TV star is seen in footage obtained by TMZ during a fight with her ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen.

In the video, Taylor and Dakota are arguing while he records the situation on his phone. At one point, she is seen throwing a chair in his direction during the altercation.
“This is called physical abuse,” he says in the video.
He also yells “your daughter is sitting right there,” referring to daughter Indy, but Taylor throws more chairs at him as the child begins crying on the couch.
“Your daughter just got hit in the head by a metal chair,” he exclaims at one point.
At one point, police can be heard intervening. Taylor yells “you threw me” a few times, claiming to police that Dakota threw her to the ground previously.
The police report says the then 5-year-old girl was hit and had a “goose egg on her head.”
The footage is from the same 2023 case in which Taylor was arrested, and later enter a plea related to aggravated assault. She was placed on probation and the other charges were dropped, including domestic violence in the presence of a child, child abuse, and criminal mischief.
Authorities have since confirmed there is an open domestic assault investigation involving Taylor and Dakota, with allegations made on both sides.
Taylor‘s rep said in a statement to TMZ: “It’s sad to see the latest installment of his never-ending, desperate, attention-seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor without any regard for the consequences for their child. Releasing an old and selectively edited video on their son’s birthday is a reprehensible attempt to distract from his own behavior. Thankfully, the public has seen this act before and knows who he is and sadly, many will recognize this pattern of manipulation, both in his actions on the show and from their own experiences.”
Filming for the next season of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has been paused, while her season of The Bachelorette is scheduled to premiere soon.
Dakota recently broke his silence on the investigation.
