There has been a rumor circulating among Survivor fans about a possible re-edit happening.
If you don’t know, season 50 is currently airing on Wednesday nights on CBS, but one memorable episode went viral recently.
Singer Zac Brown made a cameo appearance and got to have a section of the episode dedicated to his fishing skills and singing. This is a departure from a traditional Survivor episode.
Previews for future episodes indicate there will be another celeb cameo: MrBeast will appear. However, after the backlash to how much screen time Zac was given, a rumor began building that perhaps Survivor producers were re-editing to give MrBeast less screen time.
Now, a source is revealing the truth.

TMZ is reporting that this rumor is false and there are not plans to modify the episode. The source added that “host Jeff Probst has been getting plenty of positive feedback since Zac Brown’s episode aired.”
