Stephen Colbert has found another job, temporarily, amid news of The Late Show being canceled.
The 61-year-old talk show host is set to appear in the upcoming third season of Elsbeth, which also airs on CBS, according to Vulture.

While it’s unclear when Stephen‘s casting was, it appears it was well before his talk show was canceled, as he was on set filming last week.
In Elsbeth, Stephen will guest star as the host of a late night talk show called Way Late with Scotty Bristol.
Earlier this year, Stephen had Elsbeth star Wendell Pierce on The Late Show and asked if the actor could help get him a guest spot on the show, and Wendell said he could help with that. Looks like it may have worked out!
