Stefon Diggs Pleads Not Guilty to Assault Allegations, Days After Super Bowl 2026 Loss | stefon diggs | Celebrity News and Gossip | Entertainment, Photos and Videos

Stefon Diggs is spending the day in court.

Days after losing the 2026 Super Bowl, the 32-year-old New England Patriots wide receiver appeared in Massachusetts’ Dedham District Court on Friday (February 13) for his arraignment after he was accused of assaulting his personal chef.

Keep reading to find out more…While he didn’t speak at the hearing, Stefon‘s attorney entered a a not guilty plea on the NFL player’s behalf, according to ABC News.

The judge released Stefon on his own recognizance and he was ordered to have no contact with the victim, including a third party contact.

Stefon was officially charged with assault and felony strangulation in December 2025 following an alleged incident with his personal chef.

The chef claims that Stefon entered her unlocked bedroom and they argued over unpaid wages. The chef said that Stefon began angry and allegedly smacked her across the face and when she tried to push him away, he choked her using the crook of his elbow around her neck.

The NFL player has denied the allegations.

The next court hearing has been set for April 1.

Stefon‘s appearance in court comes amid growing rumors that he and Cardi B broke up during Super Bowl weekend.
