Shia LaBeouf has reportedly been arrested again.
The 39-year-old actor was taken into custody on Saturday afternoon (February 28) in New Orleans, a little more than a week after his last arrest, according to AP News.

This comes after a new warrant was issued with an additional misdemeanor charge stemming from his arrest earlier this month.
Shia‘s lawyer says that he voluntarily turned himself in on Saturday after the warrant was issued on Friday (February 27).
“No regular person would be required to post over $100,000 in bonds, and be jailed two separate times for one misdemeanor incident,” his attorney Sarah Chervinsky shared. “Just as he does not deserve preferential treatment, Mr. LaBeouf also does not deserve to be treated more harshly by the police and courts just because he is a public figure.”
Shia was previously ordered to enroll in a substance abuse treatment program following the arrest earlier this month.
