Ryan Reynolds was Jimmy Kimmel‘s first guest for the Brooklyn Week on Jimmy Kimmel Live and he opened up about his thoughts on the New York City borough.
The 48-year-old actor, who appeared on the show on Monday night (September 29), explained why he and wife Blake Lively wish they lived in Brooklyn.

“My wife and I always kind of wish we lived her because we come here for Halloween every year. It’s amazing. If you walk around, it’s so idyllic and then they hand out the good s–t. You get like the Coffee Crisp and Smarties, the stuff you don’t get in America,” Ryan said.
Ryan was on the show to promote his new John Candy documentary, John Candy: I Like Me. The film will begin streaming on Amazon Prime Video on October 10.
Ryan recently admitted he hurled profanities at Blake during a “desperate” phone call.
