Retuquel Dupree Arrested After He Beat Girlfriend, Jessica Savangsy’s Daughter To Death

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Retuquel Dupree arrested after he beat girlfriend, Jessica Savangsy’s daughter to death.

A 7-year-old girl was found dead and a 5-year-old child was injured inside a Roseville home, authorities confirmed. Police were called to a residence on Oahu Court, north of Blue Oaks Boulevard, around 7:37 a.m. Monday after an adult in the home reported an unresponsive child.

Investigators arrested Retuquel Dupree, 27 and Jessica Savangsy, 26. The two were in a dating relationship and lived at the home, police said. Savangsy is the mother of both children involved in the case. Both suspects were booked into the South Placer County Jail on charges including murder, conspiracy, and felony child abuse.

Dupree was previously employed by the Citrus Heights Police Department from June 8 to August 5, 2021. The department said it would not release details about his former position or the circumstances of his departure but confirmed that he was fired.
