Prosecutors in California are moving forward with murder charges against Nick Reiner, the son of filmmaker Rob Reiner and author Michele Singer Reiner.
Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced Tuesday that his office will file two counts of first-degree murder, along with special circumstances alleging multiple murders and the use of a knife, according to NBC News.

Nick, 32, was arrested on Monday and is being held without bail, though he has not yet been formally charged.
His attorney, Alan Jackson, told reporters that his client was not medically cleared to appear in court, saying, “Hopefully he’ll be cleared tomorrow and we can get him here,” while describing the delay as “procedural.”
Rob, 78, and Michele, 68, were reportedly found dead with stab wounds in their Brentwood home on Sunday, authorities said.
