Nancy Guthrie March 4 Update: Owner of Gloves Identified as Restaurant Worker, Unrelated to Case | Nancy Guthrie, Savannah Guthrie | Celebrity News and Gossip | Entertainment, Photos and Videos

There is an update on the gloves pertaining to the Nancy Guthrie investigation.

If you don’t know, Nancy, who is the mom of Today show’s Savannah Guthrie, was last seen in the Catalina Foothills area near her Arizona home on Saturday night (January 31).

There were reports of gloves found near her property. Initially, there were no hits on one particular pair of gloves.

Now, the Sheriff in the case, Chris Nanos, is providing an update and a response to the idea that the gloves found actually belonged to officers in the field.

“There was some talk and discussion that it was police officers out in the field just discarding [gloves], that is so far from the truth,” the Sheriff told a local outlet, KVOA.

“We knew that at that time, we believed wholeheartedly that those gloves belonged to a restaurant and guess what? The owner of the glove, we found working at a restaurant across the street,” he shared. “It has nothing to do with the case.”
