Kelsea Ballerini is asking fans to assist her in keeping her personal life private.
The 32-year-old “I Sit in Parks” singer vaguely addressed some of the ongoing speculation regarding her past relationship (and rumored reconciliation) with ex Chase Stokes, 33, on her Instagram Story on Monday (December 1).

“If i had one favor,” she prefaced her plea for privacy, “it would be honoring that im trying to make my personal life personal for now.”
“Unless it comes from me, its not from me. and that is really important in protecting my peace right now,” she added.
The post comes a few weeks after the Outer Banks star posted his own cryptic Instagram Story saying, “Don’t believe the media. I’m blocked, I did nothing wrong,” apparently implying that Kelsea had blocked him.
Before that, several outlets had reported on the songstress visiting Chase on the Outer Banks set in Croatia where the Netflix show is currently filming its fifth and final season.
Her Monday post also included an update on what she’s up to right now.
“I’m in a steady and happy place right now, truly excited for this Australia tour and the holidays,” Kelsea wrote.
She will kick off her five-date Australia tour in Sydney on December 6.
