The ladies of Hollywood are stepping out for Variety‘s big event!

Kate Hudson, Eva Longoria, Jane Fonda, and Wanda Sykes were among the many stars that attended Variety’s 2025 Power of Women event on Wednesday evening (October 29) held at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

“Power of Women is a seminal event that celebrates entertainment leaders whose actions and voices inspire crucial change,” Variety CEO and group publisher Michelle Sobrino-Stearns shared in a statement. “We’re proud to honor these remarkable women and to continue our valued partnership with Lifetime in showcasing their impact. Their creativity, courage, and commitment are shaping the future of our industry.”

During the ceremony, which was hosted by comedian Iliza Shlesinger, Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman was honored with the Variety Courage Award, presented by Purina, which “recognizes her powerful advocacy and leadership on behalf of survivors of abuse, as well as for showing survivors how the unconditional love of a pet can be part of the healing journey.”
