“Do you want the house tour? / I could take you to the first, second, third floor / And I promise none of this is a metaphor / I just want you to come inside / Baby, what’s mine is now yours,” she teases on the track.
“The day that [Amy Allen, Jack Antonoff, John Ryan, and I] made ‘House Tour’ was etched in my brain. I mean, and that was purely because this infectious [song] – it gets you moving right from the start, which I think was a goal of mine,” she told Apple Music.

“And we got the first little seed in the tip of ‘House Tour’ and we were like, ‘That’s the dumbest thing we’ve ever heard,’ and then we went to dinner and then we came back and we listened to it and we were dancing all around the room and we just had the best time ever and then we worked on it longer than an hour and it became one of my favorite songs.”
