As fans await more Bridgerton news, there has been some important confirmation about a future season of the show.
In the series, Eloise (Claudia Jessie) had amazing chemistry in season two with a character named Theo (Calam Lynch).
Fans have “shipped” the two characters, but that is not who Eloise ends up with in the book series.
We now have confirmation about who Eloise will end up with.

In Julia Quinn’s books, Eloise ends up with a character named Sir Phillip Crane, and it is someone we have met before in the Bridgerton universe! Sir Phillip Crane ends up marrying Marina, Penelope’s relative from season one (portrayed by Ruby Barker). The actor who played Phillip Crane is named Chris Fulton, and he will presumably return to the show when the time comes. You can see a photo of Chris below.
“I think we are interested in honoring the love interest from Eloise’s book. I can dispel, she’s not ending up with Theo. She’s ending up with the love interest from her book,” Jess Brownell, the showrunner, told Swooon.
“What exactly [Eloise’s season] looks like I don’t want to speak too much on because I want to keep it focused on Luke and Yerin for now before we talk about future seasons too much,” Jess added.
The book’s author Julia Quinn, added “She should be with Sir Phillip.”
“Contrary to rumors — and I’ve seen these rumors — I do not have anything in my contract saying that all of the characters must end up with the person in the book, but yeah, no. I can’t wait… I think she should end up with Sir Phillip. I think that would be great,” Julia added.
