Bad Bunny has been lighting up San Juan with his No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí residency, and it turns out the energy is spilling far beyond El Choli.
Nearly a month after the 30-year-old superstar kicked off his historic run at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot (a.k.a. El Choli), fans are not only packing the venue but also taking their love for Benito to Tinder.
According to new data shared by Tinder, mentions of “Bad Bunny” in bios have jumped nearly 13% since the residency was announced in January, with men name-dropping him about 200% more often than women.

On the island, swipe activity has surged 35% since July, while Tinder’s Passport Mode (which allows users to match in other cities and countries) has seen a 52% spike in people changing their location to San Juan.
Outside of the U.S., the Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Spain are the top countries using Passport Mode to connect with Puerto Rico, while Florida, New York, and Texas lead among U.S. states.
The fandom is showing up in music choices too: Bad Bunny ranks as the No. 1 Spotify Anthem artist on Tinder in Florida, New Jersey, and Rhode Island, as well as in Mexico, Spain, and Colombia internationally. Popular tracks from his new album include “DtMF,” “BAILE INoLVIDABLE,” and “NUEVAYoL.”
