Alyssa Milano is getting her breast implants removed.
The 52-year-old actress took to Instagram on Wednesday (September 24) to share a pre-op photograph and share a touching message about her big decision.

She had a photograph of her taken before the surgery, showing her in a hospital gown and a medical hair net. The Charmed alum tagged her plastic surgeon, Dr. Tim Neavin, who is based in Beverly Hills, Calif. She also tagged RuPaul’s Drag Race host Michelle Visage in the post, crediting her as an inspiration behind the decision.
In the caption, Alyssa shared why she was choosing to have her implants removed, writing, “I’m letting go of the body that was sexualized, that was abused, that I believed was necessary for me to be attractive; to be loved; to be successful; to be happy.”
She also noted that she wanted her own daughter, Bella, 10, to be released “from ever feeling those same unhealthy demands.”
Michelle commented on Alyssa’s post, saying, “I’M THRILLED FOR YOU! The heal is real baby! See you on the lighter side ❤️”
Nicole Scherzinger also commented. “Love you! Your liberation will inspire and liberate others!” she wrote.
Other celebs like Meredith Gilbert and Lisa Ann Walter also interacted with Alyssa’s post to show support.
