Kelley Mack tragically died at the age of 33 following a battle with cancer and now her rep is calling the death “very unexpected.”
Kelley was best known for playing Addy on season nine of The Walking Dead and she also made appearances on hit shows like Chicago Med and 9-1-1.
TMZ reports that Kelley had been receiving treatment for glioma, which is cancer of the nervous system, and that she had been making a “nice recovery.” She sadly had a “sudden” relapse and the cancer spread through her body in recent weeks.
Kelley‘s rep told People that they were “totally surprised” by her passing.

“We had no idea the turn it took and it was very unexpected,” the rep added.
Kelley had been auditioning for roles up until June 2025 and TMZ reports that she told her team she needed a break from work in early July.
