The new movie Ella McCay is being released in theaters over the holiday season and the first trailer has arrived!

Emma Mackey stars as the title character, an idealistic young woman who juggles her family and work life in a comedy about the people you love and how to survive them.

Also starring in the movie are Jamie Lee Curtis, Jack Lowden, Kumail Nanjiani, Ayo Edebiri, Spike Fearn, Rebecca Hall, Julie Kavner, Becky Ann Baker, Joey Brooks, with Albert Brooks and Woody Harrelson.

Ella McCay was written and directed by three-time Oscar winner James L. Brooks, best known for classic movies like Terms of Endearment and As Good As It Gets, plus TV shows like The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Taxi, and The Simpsons.

The movie hits theaters on December 12.
