More stars have joined the cast of the Possession remake!
On Friday (July 31), Deadline announced that Madeline Brewer, Emory Cohen, and Nicholas Alexander Chavez have been cast in Paramount’s upcoming remake of the supernatural thriller.
The three actors join previously announced stars Margaret Qualley, Callum Turner, Paul Dano and Diego Calva.
The upcoming remake of Possession is being directed by Smile franchise creator Parker Finn. He’s directing the movie from a script he wrote and he has Robert Pattinson on board as a producer.

Deadline notes that the original movie “follows a woman who begins exhibiting increasingly disturbing behavior after asking her husband for a divorce. Suspicions of infidelity soon give way to something much more sinister.”
Possession was first released in theaters back in 1981 starring Isabelle Adjani and Sam Neill.
As of right now, the remake doesn’t have a theatrical release date.
Last week, Margaret and Callum were seen filming a dramatic scene in New Jersey.
