Shania Twain was invited to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s wedding, but had to miss it because of Harry Styles!
The 60-year-old singer chatted with CTV’s etalk recently and revealed she had been invited, but couldn’t go due to already committing to Harry‘s concert performances.
Taylor and Harry had a brief romantic relationship between 2012 and 2013, to which Shania acknowledged and joked, “It’s just kind of funny that happened that way.”
If she hadn’t already committed, Shania said she “would have done anything to be at Taylor‘s wedding.”
“It would have been really lovely for me to be there, but I was with Harry,” she added.
The “Man! I Feel Like a Woman” singer was the opening act for Harry‘s 12-show residency at London’s Wembley Stadium, which concluded on the Fourth of July, the same weekend that Taylor and Travis tied the knot.
According to Page Six, Harry performed the song “Two Ghosts” during his July 3 show, which was inspired by his short romance with Taylor.
However, it seems like there are no hard feelings between the two, as Harry‘s fiancee Zoë Kravitz is friends with the “Blank Space” singer and was one of many celebrities in attendance at the Madison Square Garden wedding.
