Taylor Frankie Paul has secured some positive news in the latest court case against her.
The 32-year-old reality star’s ex-husband Tate Paul filed for a restraining order and sole custody of their two children on Tuesday (June 30), but the next day, it was denied by a Utah judge.
It was unknown why he filed or what incident caused him to seek the orders, but we do know why he was denied.
According to People, Commissioner Kim Luhn said Tate‘s allegations were “based upon inadmissible hearsay, without any corroborating evidence,” and that “many of the concerns, like the children not doing well in school and expressing sadness, will require ongoing attention not remedied with an emergency order changing custody.”
Tate also filed a petition to amend the terms of their divorce and custody arrangement, claiming their children were “in immediate danger.”
In the judge’s ruling, she said that “contrary” to his claim of the kids being in danger, Taylor told the court that he actually left them with her as he went on a week-long trip to Iceland in June.
If you missed it, it was also just revealed that Taylor recently checked into a rehab facility at the recommendation of her doctor, but is already out.
