MrBeast‘s YouTube channel is continuing to grow!
The 28-year-old content creator, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, has long been the most subscribed channel, and that continues with his latest milestone.
MrBeast has officially become the FIRST individual creator to reach 500 million subscribers!!
“It’s wild how much YouTube has changed my life. Both of my parents were in the military, and in 2008 my family went bankrupt,” he shared during a livestream on Friday morning (June 12). “So the fact that, now in my twenties, I have half a billion subscribers and I’m closing in on 1,000 employees is incredible. None of it would have been possible without YouTube and you guys.”
To celebrate, the MrBeast channel will release a special video for the milestone, featuring some of the biggest YouTubers in the world competing for a huge cash prize.
The content creator has held the top spot since November 2022 when he surpassed PewDiePie!
