Chrissy Metz is sharing her thoughts on The Hunting Wives!
The 44-year-old actress was a guest on the Monday (August 25) episode of the Call It What It Is podcast.
During the podcast, she talked about The Hunting Wives and how she feels about the reactions people have had to the show.

Chrissy said that some of the more explicit scenes were surprising to see, but she knew they were coming having read the script. She told the podcast hosts, “Because obviously I was not in all the wild scenes, at least not the sexual ones, but it was like, ‘Oh, it’s kind of jarring,’ and I knew what was coming.”
She went on to share that not everyone has had the same casual reaction to some of the intimate scenes featured in The Hunting Wives. Chrissy shared, “And some people are like, ‘I fast-forward through all this sex stuff, and you know, I like the other stuff,’ and I’m like, ‘Great, there’s something for everyone.’”
Chrissy went on to compliment her “beautiful” co-stars and say she doesn’t understand the intense reactions some people are having to the series.
“They’re like, you know, ‘Why does it have to be so much sex?’” Chrissy recalled people asking her. She went on to reveal how she handles negative feedback, saying, “I never take anything to heart. Initially in my career, I certainly did. And now I’m like, I can’t attach to the good or the bad. It’s just, it’s their opinion, and I hope it’s good, and if it’s not, OK.”
