Sarah Drew and Giacomo Gianniotti have reunited, years after they both left Grey’s Anatomy.
The actors were both in attendance at the 2026 Canadian Screen Awards on Sunday evening (May 31) at CBC Broadcast Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Sarah was at the event with co-star Peter Mooney to support their show Mistletoe Murders, which was nominated for Best Drama Series. The Hallmark Channel series is also a Canadian production, so it was eligible for this show!
Giacomo was at the show as a presenter.

“SO much fun to run into @giacomo_gianniotti !!” Sarah wrote on her Instagram account.
Sarah joined Grey’s as a recurring star in season 6 and was a main cast member from seasons 7 through 14. She has returned for guest star moments in recent years.
Giacomo joined the show as a guest star in season 11 and was in the main cast for seasons 12 through 17.

Sarah looked stunning in a Greta Constantine dress.
She wrote on Instagram, “Had an absolutely magical night at the @thecdnacademy awards representing @mistletoemurdersofficial with #petermooney and @jocelynlovestv! Giacomo is wearing a Giorgio Armani suit, Aldo shoes, and a Hamilton watch.

Peter was also looking dapper on the carpet. He hit the stage alongside Lauren Ash to present the award for Best Comedy Series.
