There have been feud rumors clouding one NFL off-season.
Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts and wide receiver A.J. Brown have faced speculation that they are not on good terms, despite knowing one another since high school.
This off-season, the 28-year-old wide receiver got married, and the 27-year-old quarterback was not photographed at his wedding.
The press asked Jalen about the rumors, given that there’s talk that A.J. will be traded to the New England Patriots soon.
Here’s how Jalen Hurts responded when asked about rumors of tension
“Nothing’s changed since we last spoke at the end of the season. We’re really good, and I saw how beautiful the pictures came out at his wedding. I’m very happy for him, and his wife and his family, and it’s a beautiful thing to step into the Covenant,” Jalen said.
He continued, “So I was very excited and congratulatory towards that.”
He was also asked his thoughts on A.J. Brown potentially getting traded
“For us, we’re only focused on learning the offense. It really doesn’t change in terms of our approach to improve. There’s an ‘if’, obviously it’s been a lingering thing, but nothing can replace all of the greatness that we achieved together,” he responded.
