Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian revealed he had a vasectomy, and it was her idea.
On the latest episode of her Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, released on Thursday (May 28), the 41-year-old reality star and Good American co-founder spoke with her 35-year-old ex.
Khloe and Tristan revealed he can only have more kids if it’s with her after undergoing the procedure
“Do you wanna have more kids in the future?” she asked.
Tristan responded, “I think I signed off for two embryos. So, I mean, if I do have more kids, it’d be coming from you. I already have enough baby moms. Don’t want no more.”
“And who helped you fix that decision? That was me. Tristan may have had a little ultimatum from me,” Khloe said.
Tristan responded, “What? Getting neutered? Sometimes you gotta lay them nuts on the table….I’ve been a little hardheaded at times … I wish I wasn’t as stubborn.”
He acknowledged, “Sometimes you have to get forced into the right decision.”

Khloe and Tristan have two children together: a daughter named True, 8, and a son named Tatum, 2.
Tristan is father to a nine-year-old son named Prince with his ex Jordan Craig. He also has a four-year-old son named Theo with Maralee Nichols.
