Tom Hardy has reportedly been axed from MobLand.

According to Puck‘s Matthew Belloni, the 48-year-old Oscar-nominated actor has been fired from the Paramount+ series and will not be appearing in the third season after clashing with producers during production of season two.

Belloni reports that there was a lot of behind-the-scenes drama due to Tom‘s behavior as he would allegedly arrive late to set, offer script notes, and make unscripted dialogue changes.

Tom also was reportedly dissatisfied with being part of an ensemble cast for the series. Producer Jez Butterworth even reportedly threatened to quit the series before Tom’s firing.

As of right now, Tom, the producers of MobLand, and Paramount+ have not publicly addressed the reports of Tom‘s firing.
