Hayden Panettiere got very real and honest in her memoir This is Me: A Reckoning.
The Nashville star did not hold back at all in terms of opening up about her life, including some of the darkest chapters. She dropped multiple bombshell revelations about her life in Hollywood and how she dealt with things like depression and alcoholism.
The 36-year-old actress also included chapters about the unsavory side of Hollywood, like times she was taken advantage of as a teenager, along with some of her famous relationships and movie and television roles.
