Taylor Frankie Paul is speaking out after a video surfaced of a 2023 physical altercation with ex Dakota Mortensen, amid the pause of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and the cancellation of her season of The Bachelorette.
The 31-year-old reality TV star posted a comment on a TikTok video on Friday (March 20).

In the video, in which user @turtzc broke down the latest headlines involving the altercation, Taylor revealed how the ongoing headlines have affected her young daughter.
“Worst part is my daughter having to relive and see it all over again years later after extensive work with her and apologies to her about that night and my baby boy birthday was taken from him,” she commented.
It’s still unknown how the footage was obtained, which was first released on TMZ, and features Taylor throwing metal chairs at Dakota, striking her daughter at one point.
The footage is from the same 2023 case in which Taylor was arrested, and later enter a plea related to aggravated assault. She was placed on probation and the other charges were dropped, including domestic violence in the presence of a child, child abuse, and criminal mischief.
