Shia LaBeouf is causing more concern about his wellbeing after seemingly lashing out in a newly surfaced video.
The 39-year-old Honey Boy star was seen screaming at a woman while sitting next to her at Pietra restaurant on Thursday (March 19) in Rome, Italy.

In footage obtained by TMZ, Shia could be seen at a table outside of a restaurant in a tee and jeans, drinking from a bottle and speaking at the woman, yelling “f–k off” at her.
She doesn’t seem to engage with Shia at any point. Later on, he’s seen pacing around on the street, screaming generally. It’s unclear who he is yelling at in the video.
Upon returning home to New Orleans, he was also seen yelling at police, displaying erratic behavior and breaking down in tears.
The sighting follows some troubling updates in recent weeks. In mid-February, he was arrested on two charges of battery after an apparent brawl at a bar. He was arrested for a second time in New Orleans at the end of February.
Shia was ordered to enroll in a substance abuse treatment program following the first arrest. He said in a recent interview he’s “not into” returning to rehab.
Earlier this month, the news broke that he and Mia Goth had split. Shia was recently seen kissing a mystery woman amid the arrest news.
